It seems that lots of travel this year, the cumulative toxic effects of recent alcohol splurges and months of personal stresses have finally taken their toll on Donnacha Costello, robbing his ability to sleep. So, after an almost entirely sleepless night, he decided at 5am this morning to get up and record this 45 minute mix. Donnacha comments: “what interests me most are some of the connections my sleep deprived/stressed brain made between some of the records in my collection, some old favourites some recent. It's a little rough and ready but I just thought I'd share it anyway”. Not only has he recorded/mastered/uploaded this mix just this morning but has also provided a handy tracklisting including catalogue numbers and the year of release. Not bad going for a sleepless man, ENJOY!
